OUR STORY

In 1969, Danny Stephens, a young man full of faith and dreams, set out on a journey that now exceeds 50 years of a successful business career.  Ter-Jan Company began as a small janitorial company called Terrell Janitorial.  As word traveled, Danny found the business taking off at a more rapid pace than expected.  For many years, he oversaw a growing enterprise, while also raising a family and becoming more involved in the Terrell community.

In the early 1990’s, Danny added flooring services to his business portfolio.  This included flood and fire damage restoration as well.  To encompass all facets of the business, he shortened the name to Ter-Jan Company, as it remains today.

Ter-Jan Company is a family-owned business that specializes in personalized customer service for Kaufman and surrounding counties.  After over 50 years of operating a thriving janitorial and flooring business, Danny has recently handed the reins to his son, Craig, who continues the tradition of excellent service to those the company is blessed to serve.
